Two long standing education and outreach programs are the Strings In Schools & Brass In Class. Brass In Class begin in 1972. Strings in Schools started in 1999.

Made up of EPSO musicians, these ensemble programs perform approximately 20 to 25 concerts in area elementary schools annually. Reaching about 6,000+ students.

In addition, Strings in Schools visit El Papalote each year to perform for special needs children.

Our classical concert Guest Artists visit area schools. Schools and students are provided with free tickets to EPSO’s classical concerts through our Angel Ticket or Kids For Klassics programs.
